NOTICE

This is to inform that for postgraduate courses of the following seats of Degree/Diploma coursses are available/vacant for admission in IGMC, Shimla for session 2010.

Degree = 9 seats

Diploma = 5 seats

• Candidates who are eligible and already qualified, the H.P. Govt. Post Graduate Examination 2010 are eligilbe to apply. the preference will be given to those candidates who have attended the 1st counseling and after that other candidates are allowed depending upon the merit.
  
  
• Candidates eligible/qualified and bonofide Himachali who have already cleared the All India Entrance Examination 2010 can apply and seats will be given as per merit.
  
  
• Eligible/qualified candidates who have qualified/cleared All India entrance Examinations 2010 and are students of Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla & Dr. R.P. Govt. medical College, Kangra at Tanda (M.B.B.S. degree from H.P. University) are also eligble as per merit.
  
  
• The distributio of seats GDO's :Direct cadre will be 70:30 and interchangeable if vacancy remains.
  
  
• GDO applied for vacant seat should produced NOC of the Govt. on the day of Counselling/interview.
  
  
• Interview will be held on 30-6-2010 at 11.00AM in the Examination Hall, Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla.
  
  
• Details of the vacant seats(subject-wise/category wise/cadre-wise) wiwll be displayed on the Notice Board on the day of counseling.
